I have been with you since 2003. When I had a claim in 2018, it was handled quickly and with professionalism. I especially liked the adjuster you sent. I pay my policy once a year and can do this over the phone, which is greatly appreciated.

Over the last several years, we have had nothing but positive experiences with this agency. If for some reason, we believe our automobile insurance premiums are alarmingly high, we simply go in, and the staff is more than happy to look into other plans that work for us. That is one of the advantages of dealing with somebody locally. It’s easier to get a hold of somebody fast and receive better responsiveness rather than dealing with calling 1-800 numbers and being transferred from one person to the other. That is just simply too impersonal. We believe as customers, if we get face-to-face interaction rather than phone interaction with some random person, we will get better customer service. The owner is wonderful. Steve has always been extremely helpful. Jennifer is phenomenal. If they tell you they will get back with you, you can always be confident in their word.
Customer service is excellent and when we’ve had to file a claim, the response of getting an inspector out here is great!

Last year my home, barn & fence were damaged by hail. I called and a adjuster was sent out the following day. The money for the repairs was available the following week.
